Terms and Conditions of Sale and Use (T&C) – Bledimarket

1. Preamble and Legal Notice
These Terms and Conditions of Sale and Use (hereinafter the “T&C”) govern the use of the BlediMarket.com website (hereinafter the “Site”) and the mobile communication credit and internet top-up services offered by Bledimarket LLC (hereinafter “We”, “Our” or the “Seller”).
In accordance with the information obligations applicable to online services, the legal information relating to the Site publisher is as follows:

By using our Site and placing an order, you (hereinafter the “User” or the “Customer”) accept these T&C in their entirety without reservation.
2. Purpose of the Service
BlediMarket, operated by Bledimarket LLC, allows Users to purchase and send mobile communication credit and internet plans (hereinafter the “Top-ups”) to prepaid mobile phone numbers in Algeria, operated by third-party network providers (including Ooredoo, Djezzy, and Mobilis).
We act as an authorized intermediary distributor. The telecommunication service itself is provided by the destination mobile operator, according to its own terms and conditions. Bledimarket LLC is not affiliated with, an official partner of, or a representative of the operators Ooredoo, Djezzy, or Mobilis, whose trademarks are used solely for the purpose of identifying the services offered.
3. Authorized Distribution Channels
BlediMarket services are accessible exclusively through the following channels:

Any use of the service outside these official channels shall not engage the liability of Bledimarket LLC.
4. Capacity and Registration
4.1 Legal Capacity
To use our Service, you declare that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a contract under the laws of your country of residence.
4.2 User Account
Purchasing Top-ups may require the creation of a User account. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. You are solely responsible for the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities carried out under your account. In the event of unauthorized use of your account, you must notify us immediately at hello@bledimarket.com.
5. Ordering Process
To perform a top-up, the Customer must follow these steps:
- Select the destination mobile operator (Ooredoo, Djezzy, Mobilis).
- Enter the recipient's mobile phone number in Algeria. The Customer is solely responsible for the accuracy of the entered number.
- Select the Top-up amount or plan.
- Review the order summary, including the total price with all charges included.
- Proceed to payment via the proposed secure methods.
The order is considered final upon validation of the payment by our financial provider. An order confirmation email will be sent to the Customer at the address provided during the order.
6. Prices and Payment Terms
6.1 Pricing
Top-up prices are indicated on the Site in Euros (€) or in the currency displayed at the time of the order. Bledimarket LLC reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. Top-ups are billed based on the rates in effect at the time of order validation.
6.2 Service Fees
The final price displayed before payment includes the top-up value as well as Bledimarket LLC's service and processing fees. No hidden fees will be applied after validation.
6.3 Payment Methods
Payment is made in full, online, by credit card (Visa, MasterCard), Apple Pay, or PayPal. Transactions are secure and processed by our certified payment service providers (notably Stripe). Bledimarket LLC does not store any full banking information on its servers.
7. Service Execution and Delivery
Upon payment validation, Bledimarket LLC instantly transmits the top-up order to the relevant mobile operator in Algeria.
- Standard Delivery Time:In most cases, the Top-up is credited to the recipient's phone within a few seconds.
- Exceptional Delays: Delays may occur due to technical issues related to local operator networks or security checks. Bledimarket LLC cannot be held responsible for delays attributable to the third-party operator.
Warning: Once the Top-up is transmitted to the operator, it is considered consumed. If the Customer has entered an incorrect phone number, the Top-up will be sent to that number and cannot be refunded or canceled.
8. Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with the rules applicable to contracts for the supply of digital content and services, the right of withdrawal does not apply to mobile Top-ups once the execution of the service has begun with the Customer's express agreement and the Customer has expressly waived their right of withdrawal before the end of the legal period.
By validating their Top-up order on BlediMarket, the Customer expressly requests the immediate execution of the service and expressly waives any right of withdrawal or cancellation. Therefore, no Top-up purchase can be canceled or refunded once the payment is validated, except in the cases referred to in Article 9 below.
9. Refunds and Claims
A refund may only be granted after review by our customer service, in the following cases:
- Technical failure of the Top-up delivery attributable to Bledimarket LLC or its technical partner, unresolved within 48 business hours.
- Proven double billing for a single order.
For any claim, the Customer must contact support at hello@bledimarket.com within a maximum period of 30 days following the transaction, providing the order number and the recharged phone number. Any claim received after this period will be inadmissible.
10. User Obligations and Responsibilities
The User agrees to:
- Not use the Site for illegal, fraudulent, or money laundering purposes.
- Not attempt to bypass the Site's security systems.
- Provide payment methods of which they are the legitimate holder.
- Not perform top-ups on behalf of third parties for unauthorized commercial purposes.
Bledimarket LLC reserves the right to suspend or close a User's account and block any suspicious transaction, without notice or compensation, in the event of a violation of these T&C or suspicion of fraud.
11. Limitation of Liability
Bledimarket LLC's obligation is limited to transmitting the Top-up purchase order to the mobile operator. Bledimarket LLC cannot be held liable for:
- Service interruptions of the Site due to maintenance operations or force majeure events.
- Outages, delays, or malfunctions of the telecommunication networks of Algerian operators (Ooredoo, Djezzy, Mobilis).
- The use made of the communication credit by the final recipient.
- Errors in entering the phone number by the Customer.
- Indirect, consequential, or intangible losses resulting from the use or inability to use the Service.
12. Personal Data Protection
Bledimarket LLC attaches great importance to the protection of your personal data. The data collected (name, email address, phone number, order history) are processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and applicable US federal laws, and, insofar as users residing in the European Union are concerned, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
- Purpose: The data is used for order management, customer support, fraud prevention, and, with your consent, sending commercial communications.
- Sharing: Your data is only shared with our technical service providers (payment, telecom operators) strictly within the limits necessary to perform the service. It is never sold to third parties.
- Your Rights: You have the right to access, rectify, delete, and port your data. You can exercise these rights by contacting us at hello@bledimarket.com.
13. Intellectual Property
All elements constituting the BlediMarket Site (texts, graphics, logos, software, databases) are the exclusive property of Bledimarket LLC or its licensors. Any reproduction, representation, modification, or adaptation, in whole or in part, of the Site without the prior written consent of Bledimarket LLC is strictly prohibited.
The trademarks of the operators (Ooredoo, Djezzy, Mobilis) cited on the Site are the property of their respective owners and are used solely for the purpose of identifying the services offered.
14. Modifications to the T&C
Bledimarket LLC reserves the right to modify these T&C at any time. Modifications take effect upon their publication on the Site. Continued use of the Service after the publication of modifications constitutes acceptance of the new T&C. It is the User's responsibility to regularly consult this page.
15. Applicable Law and Disputes
These T&C are subject to the laws of the State of New York (United States).
In the event of a dispute, the Customer shall first contact Bledimarket LLC customer service (hello@bledimarket.com) to attempt to find an amicable solution within 30 days.
Failing an amicable resolution, any dispute relating to the validity, interpretation, or execution of these T&C shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the State of New York (United States), without prejudice to the right of any consumer residing in the European Union to bring an action before the competent courts of their country of residence or to use a consumer mediator in accordance with applicable local regulations.
